Beginning Fri., Jan. 8 2016 at 8 p.m., KUAR will air Ozark Highlands Radio, a weekly hour-long folk music program produced by the Ozark Folk Center State Park in Mountain View, Ark.

Ozark Highlands Radio will feature live performances from the stage at the Ozark Folk Center and interviews with performers. It will also feature archival recordings from the state park’s extensive collection. The program says it will explore “the history tradition and current trends in American folk acoustic music.”
