Science Cafe: Bullying

Your browser doesn’t support HTML5 audio

On this month's Science Cafe in Little Rock, Paul Nail, Professor of Psychology and Counseling at the University of Central Arkansas, invites us into the world of negotiating junior high social relationships. Nail discusses his research, defining predictive traits of bullies, victims, individuals who can be both and individuals who will stand up to bullies.

Bullying is actively forbidden in most schools these days and while teachers have the ability to predict which students are most likely to be bullies, they rarely witness actual bullying activity themselves.
