Many places in Arkansas are known for their geology. We have the Ozark and Ouachita mountains, the minerals of Magnet Cove, Quartz in Mt. Ida, Agate and petrified wood in Crowly's Ridge and of course the Crater of Diamonds in Murfreesboro.

On Science Cafe Little Rock, Michael DeAngelis, assistant professor of Earth Science at UALR, will give us a tour, tell us about his research and answer your questions.
