Organized by Keep Arkansas Beautiful, the Great Arkansas Cleanup begins on Sept.11 and cleanup, beautification and recycling efforts will be held across the state until Oct. 31. During Arkansas's largest community improvement effort, Arkansans are encouraged to clean up and beautify their communities through a multitude of cleanup events.
