A judge has delayed a pretrial hearing for a former University of Central Arkansas administrator charged with commercial burglary.
Former UCA Chief of Staff Jack Gillean was due in court Monday, but a judge delayed the hearing until June 10.
Gillean is accused of giving keys to a former student who allegedly used the keys to break into offices and steal tests from instructors.
Last month, a judge approved a request to move Gillean's trial from Faulkner County to Van Buren County because of pretrial publicity.
Gillean faces three counts of commercial burglary. He has pleaded not guilty.
