Science Cafe: Riding The Gravitational Waves

On this month's Science Café  Little Rock, a discussion about particle interactions involved in galaxy formation and how gravitational waves, binary stars and black holes are created. Bret Lehmer, Pd.D., assistant professor of the University of Arkansas Department of Physics, joined UAMS' Dorothy Graves for the live call-in program on KUAR. You can hear the full program above.

Science Café forums are held the fourth Tuesday of the month, except for July, August and December. The radio program airs from 6-6:30 p.m. followed by a panel discussion at Whole Hog Café in Little Rock from 7- 9 p.m.
