Bobby Roberts, former director of the Central Arkansas Library System sat down to dicsuss his reasons for retiring and the success of many projects under his leadership. Many things were developed during his time as director such as the buildings that now serve as the downtown campus in the River Market District, neighborhood libraries and a children's library.
