Issues That Matter: The 2020 U.S. Census is the third forum in a series presented by KUAR, the Central Arkansas Library System and the League of Women Voters.

This forum was recorded Nov. 14, 2019 at the Nixon Library in Jacksonville, Ark. with Michael Hibblen moderating the discussion. Participants included Kara Wilkins, 2020 Census coordinator for Arkansas Impact Philanthropy; Retired Col. Nancy Shefflette, co-chair of the Jacksonville Census 2020 Committee; Jennifer Chilcoat, deputy director of the Arkansas State Library; and Fort Smith Mayor George McGill, chair of the State Complete Count Committee.
