Geoffrey Robson, interim artistic director and associate conductor of the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra, takes us through the program for the September 28th & 29th Arkansas Symphony Orchestra Masterworks concert.
This Masterworks concert features JoAnn Falletta as conductor and trio Time for Three. The program includes Ravel's La Valse, Higdon's Concerto 4-3 and Rimsky-Korsokov's Scherezade.
At the Symphony airs on KLRE Classical 90.5 Thur., Sept. 26 from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. and Fri., Sept. 27 from 7-8 p.m.
Joan Falletta will host concert conversations one hour before each performance. The concert will be Fri., Sept. 28 at 7:30 p.m. and Sun., Sept. 29 at 3 p.m. at Robinson Center in Little Rock.
