Soft Palms is an expansive dream-pop and psych-rock project founded by Long Beach husband-and-wife duo Julia Kugel and Scott Montoya. The duo records, mixes, and produces all their music themselves, creating a hypnotic, meditative sound that blends lucid analog warmth with ambient pop and shoegaze elements.
