The ARTx3 Campus is part of the inaugural Juneteenth in the Bluff: Arts & Culture Festival, from 3-10 p.m. Friday, June 14 at Third Avenue and Main Street in downtown Pine Bluff. It is free and open to the public.

The festival is hosted by the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and sponsored by the Pine Bluff Advertising and Promotion Commission.
