The worlds Matthew Castellano creates are full of color, activity, and intrigue.
The south Florida native taught himself to draw, and hasn't stopped since. He's since moved into making prints, but continues to draw at a prolific pace.
Castellano spoke with the Arts Scene about his influences, as well as how he sees himself in the greater art world in Little Rock and beyond.
Castellano's work can be seen at the exhibit "PLATEAU" at the Bookstore at Library Square in downtown Little Rock through the end of November.
