U.S. Rep. French Hill, R-Little Rock, debuted his first TV ad of his 2020 re-election bid on Tuesday.

The ad, “Together,” is an on-camera appeal from Hill discussing COVID-19 and his efforts to bring funding to Arkansas families and businesses for relief.

“I’m so proud to call Arkansas home and that feeling runs deep throughout Arkansas’s Second District,” Hill said in a press release for the ad. “When disaster strikes, like the global pandemic, that’s when the spirit of Arkansas is on full display. We have a resilient work ethic unlike any other.”

“That’s why, as your Congressman, I will never stop working to deliver real results and real solutions for you, your family, and our small businesses. There’s more to do, but we will get through this together, neighbor to neighbor, Arkansan-to-Arkansan, stronger and healthier than ever,” he added.

The 30-second ad is airing on broadcast TV throughout the district for several weeks.

Hill’s Democratic opponent, Sen. Joyce Elliott, D-Little Rock, started an advertising campaign last week with a six-figure media buy.

Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 3rd. You can watch the TV ad in the video below.
