Members of central Arkansas' Jewish, Muslim, and Christian communities protested a resolution in support of Israel passed by the Pulaski County Republican Committee in February.

More than $227,000 was distributed among the six religious institutions to increase security measures for their congregations.

The company RTX, formerly known as Raytheon, is building the facility in Camden. The projected cost is $33 million, and should create 30 new jobs.
