These first 3 classes are part of a 6-part cooking series adventure, taking you through foods from China, Thailand, Vietnam, and more. Chef Joy Shan will teach you how to prepare and cook a variety of recipes that are packed with mouth-watering Asian flavors. You will create these delicious exotic dishes by using ingredients from your typical grocery stores and regular seasonings already in your kitchen. By the end of the series, you will know so many different cooking techniques, you will have the confidence to create your own Asian dishes!
