Louisiana Cuisine, Cooking Series 3: Sausage & Seafood - three cooking classes, two priced at $90, the Crawfish Boil priced at $100, but if you sign up for the BUNDLE-deal of all 3, it costs $250 - you'll save $30! The classes in this series include Boudin Balls, Andouille Sausage, and Crawfish Boil. Registrants will leave with recipes, know-how, and full to-go containers.

Thursday, Mar 28, 2024; 5:30 - 8:30PM: Boudin Balls - Boudin is made from a blend of pork cooked down with onions, peppers, seasonings, & cooked rice, which is then put into casings or rolled into balls and fried. Thursday, Apr 4, 2024; 5:30 - 8:30PM: Andouille Sausage - this Cajun sausage is a coarse-grained smoked meat made using pork, pepper, onions, and seasonings. In this class, registrants will make this amazing sausage and try their hand at stuffing the Andouille into casings.
