Underwriting Coordinator

The Underwriting Ccoordinator will serve as a liaison between the station and its business and organizational contributors and work to identify, cultivate, and secure contributions for KLRE/KUAR from business and organizational supporters; secure goods and services through trade agreements; and maintain frequent contact and recognition to build and maintain relationships with contributors. This position will be supervised by the General Manager and work collaboratively with Development and Underwriting team in accordance with defined revenue goals, KLRE/KUAR strategic plan and in compliance with FCC regulations, state and federal laws and agency/institution policy and the Public Media Code of Integrity.

Operations Coordinator

The KLRE/KUAR Operations Coordinator (OC) manages daily logs of programming for radio stations operated by UA Little Rock Public Radio. The OC monitors station broadcasts and web streams and maintains and operates all station broadcast, audio and web stream production and distribution systems. The OC also works with the stations’ contract engineer to monitor and maintain KLRE and KUAR transmitters and broadcast equipment and facilities. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.
