Two exhibitions opened this week at the Windgate Center of Art and Design at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, 5617 W. 28th St., Little Rock: “Lauren DiCioccio: Soft Skills,” fiber-art sculpture and mixed media by DiCioccio, in the Maners Pappas Gallery, and the 2025 Annual Student Competitive exhibition, up through Nov. 7 in the Brad Cushman Gallery. “Under A Restless Sky,” a new site-specific installation by Boston-based artist Nathalie Miebach, on display through April 4 in the Jackson T.
