A native of Perryville, Ashton is pursuing degrees in Economics and Political Science at Washington University in St. Louis, MO.
Ashton enjoys researching local politics in Arkansas and current affairs on the national stage. She is excited for the opportunity to work alongside the Little Rock Public Radio team to gain experience in journalism and reporting.
In her free time, Ashton loves writing comedy. She also enjoys following fashion and media coverage, with a particular interest in styling and the stories that shape culture and trends.
