Learn what it takes to get Arts in Education grants through the Arkansas Arts Council!

Join Matt Boyce, one of our grant managers, to learn what grants are available for teaching artists, what the grants mean, what the Arts in Education and Arts on Tour rosters are, and how we use them. Get tips for getting on the rosters and a walk-through of the grant process.

It will be held 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Dec. 3 at CALS Rock It! Lab, 120 River Market Ave. in Little Rock.

Bringing a laptop is encouraged, but not required. If you would like to use a laptop but don't have access to one, email Scarlet Sims at scarlet.sims@arkansas.gov and she will see if one can be arranged.

This workshop is a hands-on learning experience where creatives can get help signing into the grant portal and navigating content. Learn why independent panelists didn’t choose you for the Arts in Education Roster; find out what panelists are looking for; and learn how creatives on the Roster use it to expand their businesses. The Arkansas Arts Council cannot edit content, but we will provide tips and services that help creatives find the skills and technology needed to apply to our programs.
