She is originally from Pine Bluff and is pursuing a B.A. in English, Creative Writing and Classics at Hendrix College in Conway.
Brooklyn enjoys researching the latest news on the construction of data centers in Arkansas, and public education legislation. She is excited for the opportunity to work alongside the Little Rock Public Radio team to gain experience in journalism and reporting.
On the weekends, Brooklyn loves to bake. Her most recent obsession has been strawberry shortcakes. Brooklyn also enjoys riding motorcycles, particularly around Hot Springs and Jasper.
