The Cultural Alliance will host the annual Sidewalk Chalk Event during Arts & The Park-Art Springs. This free, judged sidewalk chalk event is for all ages. A guest Judge will score the works at 12 PM, with winners announced on the Art Springs Stage at 12:30 PM. The art is created on the sidewalks adjacent to Hill Wheatley Plaza in downtown Hot Springs. Registration Required at HotSpringsArts.org. Free-Play with chalk will also be available in select areas on-site.

The fifth annual Party at the Plaza benefiting LifeTouch Health returns to North Little Rock’s Argenta Plaza on Saturday, April 25, from 1:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. The 2026 festival theme is “Family Reunion,” featuring returning or Arkansas-based musical acts, visual artists, and community services. The event will be a community-oriented celebration for all ages with free concerts throughout the afternoon and evening, food trucks, children’s activities, and a fun and informative “Care Fair.” Musical acts scheduled to appear in concert on the Plaza Mainstage include Kris Allen, The Cleverlys, Rodney Block, Genine Latrice Perez and the Sound, The Rocktown Sparks!, and Shannon Boshears. Also included is the presentation of the fifth annual Michael V. Aureli Compass Award. The event benefits the mission of LifeTouch Health, whose name is transitioning from Arkansas Hospice. General admission is free with additional ticket options available for purchase at PartyAtThePlaza.org.

(If your child wants to run the kid's dash, and doesn't want the SWAG, they are welcome to run with us on race day for free!)

CareLink’s Cupcakes for Goodness Sake is back and ready to take center stage! This year, marvelous local bakers will juggle flavor, flair, and imagination as they create whimsical treats inspired by our Big-Top Circus theme. Get ready for a lineup of cupcakes that are truly the greatest bakes on earth!

We’ve got show-stopping vendors, kid-friendly thrills, taste-bud-taming food trucks, and plenty of other surprises. Join us as we celebrate culinary delights, creativity, and community!

Join us Friday, May 16 for the Argenta Vibe Music Series featuring Lost Bayou Ramblers with opening act The Parker Unit!

Two-time Grammy-winning Lost Bayou Ramblers bring a high-energy, genre-bending sound rooted in Cajun traditions, blending ancient Louisiana melodies with modern rhythms, rock, and psychedelic influences for an unforgettable live show. Their electrifying performances are known to get crowds moving, whether you’re dancing a two-step or just soaking in the vibe.

Kicking off the evening, The Parker Unit, a sibling trio from Mountain View, Arkansas, brings a passion for music and entertaining that shines on stage. Their sound draws from bluegrass, country, old-time, swing, gospel, and more, creating a lively, feel-good experience. They love performing and strive to make every show fun and unforgettable for their audience.

The event is free and open to the public. Chairs and blankets encouraged. Food and drinks will be available for purchase from local vendors.
