Explore the versatility and beauty of watercolor with Ways of Watercolor, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 25, at The ARTSpace on Main, 623 S. Main St.

This hands-on workshop, taught by Gary Alexander, explores the versatility and beauty of watercolor. Participants will learn a variety of techniques, including washes, layering, color blending and texture, while developing confidence and personal style. This class is open to all experience levels and offers a supportive, creative environment for anyone looking to expand their watercolor skills or try the medium for the first time.

For ages 15 and older. The cost is $30 for ARTx3 members, $40 for nonmembers, and $25 for students. Register by Tuesday, April 21, at artx3.org/all-events/ways-of-watercolor or call 870-536-3375. This program is sponsored by McFarland Eye Care.

Art Designs, An Interior Creative Experience, April 28, 2026

Design is more than throw pillows and paint color. It reflects how we live, travel, collect, and ultimately create spaces that feel like home. It is an art. In this interactive seminar, we’ll explore the personalities and stories behind different interior styles and how designers bring them to life. During the seminar, you’ll take a short quiz to discover your style and see how our designers turn inspiration into cohesive, beautiful spaces.
