CrEATe Lab is a hands-on cooking camp teaching basic skills such as properly washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing various food items and how to avoid illness from improper food preparation. Students, ages 10-17, will learn to turn their knowledge of dietary choices into nutritious meals. They will be taught to independently prepare a dish as well as create simple recipes. This camp will run from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, July 19 through Friday, July 23. The cost is $100 for members and $120 for non-members. Max class size is 10 students. Have questions?
