Pagan event to discuss topics and create community in the Central Arkansas Area. Come have fun and some coffee, tea, water!
Grab your boots & hat and get ready for a WILD WILD CUPCAKES!
We’re wranglin’ up sweet treats at CareLink’s 9th annual Cupcakes for Goodness Sake! Local bakers will be challenged to channel their inner cowgirl (or boy) and round up inspiration from the WILD WILD WEST!
Cupcake enthusiasts are invited to come on down and try them all – the good, the bad, AND the ugly (Okay, maybe only the good)! Attendees will enjoy an afternoon filled with eclectic vendors, local food trucks and themed sweets.
This event not only raises funds and friends for CareLink, a local nonprofit, but also helps bring awareness to the needs of older people in central Arkansas.
Celebrate Arkansas Heritage Month with hot bugs, cold beer, and old buildings at the Preservation Crustaceans Crawfish Boil on Saturday, May 4, 2024. This backyard cookout takes place once again behind Clements & Associates Architecture, 507 Main Street, North Little Rock, in the Argenta Historic District. The fun, family-friendly event benefits Preserve Arkansas, the only statewide nonprofit dedicated to preserving Arkansas’s historic places.
This year, the festivities will include a very special event: the official announcement of the 2024 Most Endangered Places list. The Most Endangered Places Program began in 1999 to raise awareness of historically and architecturally significant properties facing threats such as demolition, deterioration, and insensitive development. Listed properties benefit from heightened visibility that can result in funding and other types of assistance to facilitate their restoration. The announcement will take place at 6:00 p.m. Music will be provided by DJ Loren Hinton, UA Cossatot Radio Department Director.
